Ten of Pentacles card represents the established home, the good life, a secure
and comfortable position in the world. The people concerned, however, appear to take the comfort for granted; they find the security boring or stifling. The family here does not seem to communicate with each other. The man and woman face opposite ways, though the woman glances anxiously over her shoulder at the man. The child hangs on nervously to its mother but looks away. And none of them notices the old man outside the arch. 

This old gentleman, in his richly clad costume could be an angel sent by god. Look at the canines in the picture, they stare at this old man. Dogs seem to have the power to sense the spiritual powers, which man cannot in his false sense of pride an irrationality often tends to ignore

Practical Meaning of the card here is that you need to be good to everyone, be at home or outsiders, who knows whose blessings will work to your good fate, and this really works. This card advises you to take a re-look at your relationships, especially if you have been focusing too much on building your bank balance, ignoring your family to the extent that they may soon begin to ignore you.  Ten of pentacles reversed

If the Ten of pentacles appears reversed, it can indicate a sense of boredom with life which can lead to taking risks, especially financial or emotional. Ten of Pentacles would urge the gamble, both in financial terms and trying a discreet relationship outside, mostly sensual. The urge to gamble stood in opposition to his basic qualities of caution, skill and foresight.  Risks come less from need than from impatience to come out of our routine mundane life and add some adventure to it.
