Guys! Christmas is approaching, and who could be the first person to receive our gifts than our Moms. I dedicate this poetry to our mother's, who give their life relentlessly in thinking of only one thing- our well being.
Oh! Mother, my dear mom
How fortunate I would be-
If only I could feel your pain
When you gave birth to me
If only I could sense your joy
When you gave me my first toy
If only I could feel your worry
When you found me crying and hungry
If only I could relish your pride
When you saw me on my feet and stride.
Oh! Mother, my dear mom
Where do you get so much courage from?
With your never-ending spirit for life
Encouraging ‘not to give up’ without a fight.
Your heart is always full of love
You seem to me like a tranquil Dove
You bestow your endless warmth
Even when I did not bother
Strange but that’s true mother.
You remain my first friend and guide
You are the true inspiration of my life
It is not possible for me to hide
Your love for me can never be a disguise.
